Janki Patel is a practicing Nutrition Consultant based in Ahmedabad, India and travels extensively around globe. She has taught in the area of Nutrition and Health Food for more than ten years, and has taken up extensive research on ‘Stress and Nutrition’. She is working towards spreading more awareness in people about healthy food habits and remove misconceptions.

Janki has worked in the NUTRITION REHABILITATION PROGRAMME at the B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad. Though being an experimental project, the suggestions were accepted and appreciated. She is also associated with Healthy Minds Health & Happiness clinic, Ahmedabad since 2005. She consults patients with psychological problems like anxiety, depression, and addiction, and advises them for their nutrition and diet plans. She also gives general guidelines for good nutrition.

With her apparent deep interest in nutrition, she has contributed several articles in well-known national magazines. She is the co-author of three books based on nutrition and food science and has ten years of rich experience in nutrition education.
