Don’t skip Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is important to ensure that you have something to eat before you start your day. Those who eat breakfast have more productive days. When you skip breakfast, your brain is unable to absorb the nutrients it needs to function correctly, thus making you feel more lethargic and drained. Not a good way to start your day. Fruits, toast or cornflakes make fine breakfast.
